After yesterday’s videos of Portland’s dangerous intersections, we recalled this photo series on the USC Libraries digital archive of a couple dangerous intersections in the Los Angeles area, shot in December 1953. Who taught these people how to drive? The first few are of the intersection of Lakewood Boulevard and Carson Street in Long Beach, while the nighttime shots are of Orr and Day Road and Firestone Boulevard in Norwalk.
